Company Adopts Name of Market-Leading Solution
Effective July 7, 2020
Catasys Inc (NASDAQ: CATS), a leading AI-powered and telehealth-enabled virtualized outpatient healthcare treatment company, today announced that the company will adopt the name Ontrak Inc. effective July 7, 2020.
The company's common stock will trade under the new ticker symbol "OTRK" on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

The name change is subject to the approval of Catasys Inc shareholders at the company's upcoming annual meeting.
